Prado slid somewhat awkwardly headfirst into home plate on Jayson Heyward's game-winning two-run double and appeared to have injured his right shoulder or right hand while doing so.

He was looked at by the Braves' training staff and was then removed from the game and replaced by Alex Gonzalez.
